Description: On June 4, 2020, Defendant Supervisor Jane Doe 1 approached Plaintiff and grabbed Plaintiff’s bike without probable cause. Plaintiff was an essential worker who had been making deliveries near a protest. Defendant officer John Doe 2 punched Plaintiff in the face. A group of Defender officers tackled and punched Plaintiff across his body including his ribs and striking Plaintiff’s back with batons. A Defendant officer tightly handcuffed Plaintiff. Plaintiff complained of the tightness of the handcuffs, which was ignored. Plaintiff’s hands had changed color due to the tightness of the handcuffs and he lost sensation in his right hand.
