Description: On May 10, 2022 Plaintiffs were lawfully on the street when officers arrested them without cause. During the arrest, officers violently shoved and pushed Plaintiffs against a vehicle, causing difficulty breathing and injury to their persons. Plaintiffs were subsequently charged with false crimes, all of which were later dismissed.
