Description: On or about January 14th, 2018, Plaintiff was asleep in her apartment when PO Alan Chau, PO Yannifer Sandy, and PO "Jane Doe" entered the premises without permission. Plaintiff went downstairs to see her grandson being arrested by attendant officers. PO Chau then informed Plaintiff that she was under arrest after finding marijuana on the floor of the residence.
