Complaint
Description: Plaintiffs were pulled over in their vehicle by police officers. Police officers did not identify themselves, were in plain clothes, and did not present any form of search or arrest warrant. Plaintiff Mr. Baylor was removed from the car, dragged onto the ground, and allegedly beaten. He was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd deg and a violation of an order of protection, however, there was no valid order of protection.
