Description: On July 5th 2017, plaintiff was physically assaulted and tasered despite having his right arm behind his back and in a handcuff, as well as being forcibly and physically restrained after having been tasered and on the ground, then taken in handcuffs to Brookdale Hospital where he was handcuffed to gurney until discharged. Plaintiff was then brought to PSA-2 where he was printed, had his mug shot taken and placed in a holding cell where he remained for 5 hours. Plaintiff was taken in handcuffs to Brooklyn Central Booking. He was placed in a holding cell and arraigned the next morning and released thereafter. Plaintiff returned to Criminal Court one more time. On October 5th 2017, the charges were dismissed.
