Complaint
Description: On or about June 6, 2021. at approximately 1:25 PM, at the residence of Plaintiff at 214004 86th Ave, after Plaintiff had requested assistance regarding a domestic dispute via 911, NYPD Officers Creighton, Ippoloti, Felipe, Portalatin and John or Jane Does 1-10 unjustifiably arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. In doing so, they engaged in excessive force and refused to loosen the handcuffs when she complained of excessive tightness. She was detained until June 7, 2021 at or about 4 PM at the 111th Precinct at which time she was released without being charged.
