Description: On December 16, 2016, Plaintiffs (mother and daughter) were inside their home. The Plaintiff mother is disabled. The NYPD's prior investigation revealed that an alleged weapon belonged to a man residing at Plaintiffs' home. Officer Anthony Aquilino, Officer Dominic Algoni, Sgt. Dennis Maxim, Sgt. Maldonado and other unidentified officers searched Plaintiffs' home and allegedly found a weapon in a male's bedroom. The officers claim that Plaintiff consented to the search, but Plaintiff was incapacitated at the time and was not able to consent. While at the precinct, Plaintiff informed officers that she needed medical attention, but the officers ignored her, resulting in the Plaintiff passing out. After approxim...
