Description: On July 13, 2017, plaintiff was a passenger on a crowded subway car, when defendant PO Hossain, without probable cause, ordered him to leave the train and arrested him for allegedly touching a woman on the crowded subway car. There was no evidence of any wrongdoing and plaintiff was later acquitted of all charges.

Description: On or about August 8, 2017 at approximately 3:25 pm, inside Union Square Subway Station, the NYPD, and specifically Defendant Police Officer Hossain arrested Plaintiff and gave him a Criminal Court Appearance Ticket for allegedly possessing a knife in a public place and in open view. On September 21, 2017, Plaintiff appeared at One Centre Street and was served with a Criminal Complaint saying Plaintiff violated Administrative code 10-133c by having a knife "clipped to his right front pants pocket in public view". Plaintiff claims that Defendant Hossain created false police and complaint reports to prosecutors. The same day the Judge dismissed the case.
