Description: On March 11, 2013, at about 9:30 AM, Plaintiff was driving on Berry Stree, between North 12th and North 13th in Williamsburg, going to his employer's office. Plaintiff heard sirens and pulled over. PO Danielle Alamrani approached Plaintiff's vehicle and told him that he ran a stop sign. PO Alamrani reviewed Plaintiff's license and registration and told Plaintiff there was a warrant for his arrest. Plaintiff told her this was a mistake and that he had been arrested on October 27, 2011 for the same warrant. When Plaintiff went to court at that time, the judge said there was no warrant.
