Description: On June 16, 2024, plaintiffs were lawfully present in the vicinity of Lenox Avenue and West 119th Street, County of New York. POs Ashfaqur Rahman, Sohral Peerzada, Walter Mancilla, Arun Prashad, Matthew Grieve, Damien Weber, and unnamed POs, without probable cause, an arrest warrant, or any legal justification, stopped, seized, searched, and arrested plaintiffs. Plaintiffs were then falsely and maliciously prosecuted and required to make numerous court appearances, until all charges against them were terminated favorably.
