Description: On August 17, 2016, Police Officer Michael Finnerty, Police Officer Vincenzo Valenza, Police Detective Otis Taylor, and unidentified Police Officers arrested and confined platiniff, Patrick A. Weller. The arrest was without probable cause, not based on grounds, and not founded upon an arrest warrant. As a result of the false arrest and confinement, plaintiff sustained permanent personal injuries, along with humiliation, shame, indignity, damage to reputation and credit and suffered emotional and physical distress and injuries.
