Description: On or about September 6, 2022, when plaintiff was in his apartment complex, police officers Christopher Benson, Jesus Capo, and other police officers approached him, tackled, and slammed him to the ground. The officers searched the plaintiff and patting him down all over. The officers violently contorted the plaintiff and tightly handcuffed him. The officers ignored the plaintiff’s request to lose the tight handcuff.

Complaint
Description: On June 25, 2011, Plaintiff was operating a dirt bike when the vehicle operated by Defendant Benson came into contact with Plaintiff's dirt bike. Defendants operated the motor vehicle at a dangerous rate of speed under the circumstances. The striking of Plaintiff's dirt bike caused the bike and Plaintiff to strike a pole at the corner of the intersection resulting in claimant being thrown from the bike sustaining serious personal injuries. Plaintiff was confined to home and bed and incurred medical expenses.
