Description: On or about May 11, 2016, Plaintiff was wrongfully and falsely arrested, detained and imprisoned, without any right or grounds therefore. NYPD Defendants wrongfully and falsely accused Plaintiff of crimes of possession of a Chase credit card. From that time until the dismissal of charges which was a favorable termination for the accused by the Bronx County Criminal Court, Defendants deliberately and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff without any probable cause whatsoever.
