Description: On April 20, 2021, the plaintiff was struck in Brooklyn by a moto vehicle operated by a third-party who attempting to flee the scene of accident. The plaintiff attempted to prevent the vehicle from fleeing. In doing so, a window within the vehicle shattered. The defendant police officer DIANA M. PARMARWADIWALA responded to the scene and prevented Ms. Jones's vehicle from fleeing. Then, Plaintiff was treated his injuries within an ambulance when Defendant took him into custody and handcuffed for attempting to prevent Ms. Jones from fleeing the scene, and not for any other reasons.
