Description: On March 31, 2017, plaintiff was visiting a friend in a building where defendant PO Angelo, Walton, Burckhard, Does 1-10 were executing a search warrant, when said POs, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, stopped, frisked, questioned and arrested plaintiff. Defendant POs then falsely informed the District Attorney's Office that plaintiff had sold marijuana to an undercover police officer and was in possession of a forged money order. After 18 hours in custody, the District Attorney refused to prosecute the case against plaintiff and plaintiff was released.
