Complaint
Description: On or about May 28, 2014 Plaintiff was excessively grabbed, handcuffed, seized, and arrested by POs Thomas Santiago, John Doe, and John Roe without legal justification on the basis of racial profiling. Plaintiff was falsely accused of a crime, wrongfully imprisoned, subjected to a strip search, and maliciously prosecuted. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably. Plaintiff sustained physical and emotional pain and injuries as a result of this incident.
