Complaint
Description: On April 21, 2019, Plaintiff was a passenger in a cab when he exited to smoke a cigarette. An officer then approached Plaintiff and falsely accused him of publicly urinating on the street. Plaintiff was then forcefully arrested by being shoved into the police car and confined by tight handcuffs. Plaintiff was then transported to the precinct. Plaintiff was detained for two days before being released. All charges against Plaintiff were subsequently dismissed.
