Case # 803114/2022, Supreme Court - Bronx, February 28, 2022
Complaint
Description: On October 9, 2021, while the plaintiff was lawfully present on a street, the defendant NYPD officers including officer Jonathan Flores Mamani, approached the plaintiff and falsely accused him of various crimes of which he was innocent and arrested him. During the arrest, the defendants threw the plaintiff face-first to the ground, injuring him and exacerbating pre-existing injuries. After the plaintiff was transported to a precinct, he requested medical treatment for his injuries, but the defendants initially ignored his request.
