Description: On or about April 30, 2022, plaintiff Reny Castillo, despite not having committed any crime, was seized by police officer O'Shea Ward and another unidentified police officers, who grabbed him and immediately seized his person. Asking why he has been arrested, plaintiff was assaulted by defendants by being forcefully pushed, twice punched about the stomach, and his arms being twisted behind his body and then being teased, before being placed in handcuffs put tightly behind his back. No medical treatment was provided to plaintiff, despite his request in this sense. Police officers also falsely stated that plaintiff has assaulted one of them, and that they have found a knife with him.
