Description: On February 29, 2024, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street doing nothing illegal, improper, or acting suspicious in any way when Defendant NYPD officers Steele and Snagg, as well as several unknown Defendant NYPD officers, approached Plaintiff. They stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner with no legal cause or justification. Plaintiff was transported to a police station, where he was subjected to an invasive search. The Plaintiff was arraigned after his arrest and falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. All charges against Plaintiff were eventually dismissed.
