Description: On November 3, 2023, Plaintiff Elijah Stanley was assaulted and battered by Defendant Police Officer James O'Brien, Police Officer Deniz Onut and Police Officers John & Jane Does (collectively, "Defendants") at the premises Plaintiff was lawfully present in, without probable cause. As a result, Plaintiff was caused to suffer severe and serious injuries, suffered great pain, distress, mental shock, mental anguish and psychological trauma.
