Description: On February 5, 2015, POs Errico and John Does unlawfully and without a warrant searched Plaintiff's unit and Plaintiff's landlord's unit (above Plaintiff's unit). The POs imprisoned Plaintiff in a police car as they ransacked the apartment. POs shot and injured Defendant's companion animal, a 8-year old German Shepard dog. The dog is unaggressive and used to strangers in the house, such as dog walkers and friends. PO Errico shot at the dog three times, hitting him once in the paw.
At the precinct, PO Errico taunted Plaintiff about her weight, causing other POs to remove PO Errico from the scene. The POs taunted Plaintiff when she asked for water.
