Description: On the incident date, there was an alleged robbery against an individual, Jordan Card. Mr. Card was drunk at the time when the defendant, P.O. Valenzuela, showed him one photograph of the plaintiff, asking if the man in the photo robbed him. On the same day, P.O. LaFemina showed Mr. Card multiple photos of possible people who robbed him. The plaintiff was in that array of photos. On August 22, 2015 at 5:45 PM, the plaintiff provided P.O. LaFemina with his attorney's information. On August 23, 2015, P.O. Description: On April 20, 2011, Plaintiff was walking to his local market/bodega in the vicinity on Avenue W, Brooklyn, NY. Plaintiff was stopped, arrested and falsely charged with assault and robbery. The robbery victim never stated plaintiff committed these crimes or had involvement in the assault and robbery. A defendant officer under the supervision of Jackson stated to the victim plaintiff was one of his assailants, despite officers not witnessing the events nor the victim identifying plaintiff. On March 5, 2012, charges against plaintiff were dismissed.
