Description: On December 23, 2013, Plaintiff was working as a fireguard late at night when she stepped outside to call her supervisor. For reasons unknown, she was arrested an assaulted by an NYPD officer, Defendant Joseph Moore. He chased her down the sidewalk and threw Plaintiff onto the pavement before taking her to the local precinct. All charges against her were dropped.
