Description: On November 13, 2015, defendant POs entered plaintiff's apartment without a search warrant and, without a warrant or probable cause, arrested plaintiff. Defendant POs then provided knowingly false information to the District Attorney's Office, causing plaintiff to be prosecuted for crimes he did not commit. The charges against plaintiff were later dismissed and sealed.
