Description: During 2011, Plaintiff was involved in the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement as a live-streamer. On November 15, 2011, Plaintiff was at Zuccotti Park in support of OWS. Officers raided the peaceful protest, during which Plaintiff was tackled to the ground and punched. Plaintiff was dragged through the park resulting in the loss of his clothes and injury. Plaintiff was placed on a bus, handcuffed, and arrested. Plaintiff was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass which were later dismissed. On May 26, 2012, Plaintiff was in a subway station and witnessed officers approach two minors without cause.
