Description: On or about September 21, 2017, in the County of New York, City and State of New York, defendant NYPD officer Germaine Hall and another NYPD detective handcuffed and arrested plaintiff at his residence without a warrant or any other probable causes. Later the defendants forcibly detained and imprisoned plaintiff at various locations including a police precinct. In the precinct, by means of physical threats, denial of food and water and other illegal methods, defendants interrogated, improperly induced and coerced plaintiff into drafting and executing a document in which plaintiff “confessed” to various criminal acts (including engaging in sexual acts with a female minor) to which he had not in fact admitted.
