Description: On October 1, 2021, Edgar Acuna (Plaintiff) was walking out of his apartment heading to work to pick up his paycheck before heading to see his daughters, when ten police officers (Defendants) approached and stopped him. One male Defendant officer had his gun drawn., and one female Defendant officer had her taser drawn. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff by his collar and handcuffed him tightly without legal authority or probable cause to arrest, then threw him into their car.
