Description: On June 7, 2016, Plaintiff, a truck driver who transports containers, was arrested by Homeland Security Investigation Officers after he dropped off a container that contained drugs. Officer Michael Corvi interrogated Plaintiff two times, during which Plaintiff was never read his Miranda Rights and never waived them.
