Complaint
Description: In the year prior, Plaintiff had shattered his tibia, undergone major surgery, and needed crutches to walk. On April 23, 2014, he was sitting in a car when NYPD Officers approached aggressively yelling at him "where is the gun". Despite making it clear that he had no gun, the officers dragged him out of the car, verbally and physically assaulted him, hurt his injured feet despite his pleading, and denied him the use of his crutches. Due to the beating, Plaintiff lost consciousness. Defendants then filed false charges against Plaintiff.
