Description: On or about January 27, 2017 at approximately 2 pm in the vicnity of 167tg street and Amsterdam Avenue, but the police say occurred in 501 West 167th Street, County of New York, Plaintiff was walking with his tool bag to see the superintendent of the building in the basement because he was going to do some work for him. Defendants, Police officers wrongfully touched, physically seized, grabbed, handcuffed, and unlawfully searched Plaintiff and his tool bag and falsely arrested Plaintiff without legal cause and caused him physical pain, and mental suffering.
