Description: On August 17, 2012, at approximately 5:30pm, in the vicinity of 171st Street, Bronx, NY, Plaintiff SHERMAN HARRIS, along with three other individuals, was a passenger in a friend's car on his way home from visiting family in the area. At about that time, the vehicle was pulled over by a NYPD vehicle. Defendant NYPD Officers JOHN DOE #1 and JOHN DOE #2 approached the vehicle with their guns drawn and ordered all occupants of the vehicle to get out of the car.
