Description: On October 7, 2023, Plaintiff was approached and was assaulted and battered by Defendant Officers on a train platform. The assault and battery consisted of being grabbed, thrown to the ground, struck multiple times and dragged upstairs within the train station. Afterwards, Plaintiff was taken by ambulance to the New York Presbyterian Hospital where he was treated for his injuries and then released.
