Description: On September 24, 2017, plaintiff had been sleeping in his car when he was awoken by defendant PO Hobson and Doe. They first told him to call his daugther to pick him and his car up. While waiting for the daughter to arrive, defendant PO Hobson arrested plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff was falsely charged and released on his own recognisances. Due to the pending charges, plaintiff's professional license was suspended and he was unable to find work as a truck driver, his profession for twenty years. The false charges brought against him were dismissed 6 months later.
