Description: On July 4, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully in his vehicle in front of a premises in the Bronx, when Defendant police officers Aidan Murphy, Kenneth Woisin, Michael Segarra and John Doe officers, forced Plaintiff to exit his vehicle and was approached, assaulted, battered and arrested by Defendants.
