Description: On July 20, 2023, approximately 13 NYPD officers, including PO Simmons, arrived outside the Plaintiff's home in response to the Plaintiff's 911 call that night reporting that his cousin, James Tucker, was attacking him. A few days prior to July 20, 2023, Plaintiff made a police report that Mr. Tucker spray painted and defaced Plaintiff's automobile. On approximately July 8, 2023, Plaintiff reported to the Human Resources Administration that his benefit card was stolen. Description: On Friday, August 4, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully present at Union Square when several Defendant NYPD officers, including officers Simmons and Viera, as well as other unknown Defendant NYPD officers, grabbed Plaintiff's leg when he was standing on an elevated flowerpot/structure. Description: On November 18, 2021, P.O. entered Plaintiff’s house without warning and arrested Plaintiff while Plaintiff was pregnant and asleep in her bed with her 2-year-old child. P.O. asked her youngest daughter’s father. When the Plaintiff informed that he was not at home, P.O. arrested the Plaintiff without probable cause and ransacked her home. After hours of illegally searching Plaintiff’s home, P.O. grabbed Plaintiff, pinned her arms behind her back, and shackled her wrists with tight, metal handcuffs full of her terrified and screaming children.
