Description: On or about September 17, 2011 Plaintiff was at her residence with her two infant children when POs Percoraro and Toland and the children's father arrived to execute a purported order and remove the children from Plaintiff's custody. The purported order was from Georgia, the father's home state, and was not valid in New York. Additionally, the order was a proposed ordered and unsigned, and therefore not a valid court order at all. Plaintiff suffered fear, acute anxiety, despair, humiliation, embarrassment, intimidation, loss of sleep, loss of appetite, and general feeling of listlessness as a result of this incident. It is unclear which listed allegations apply to this complaint.
