Description: On September 1, 2015 at around 8PM, Plaintiff Rodney Williams was sitting on his motorcycle at a red light on the Upper East Side when the motorcycle stalled. Plaintiff adjusted his face shield to wipe sweat from his face while attempting to restart his motorbike and in that moment was stopped and seized by Defendant Officers Vincent Pinto, Christopher Ayau, Brian Magoolaghan, Officers Gomez, Medina, and Sanchez, and unnamed officers, who were stopped next to Plaintiff at the light. The officers claimed Plaintiff was not wearing his face shield correctly.
