Description: On November 9, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully present in the street, when defendant POs seized him and struck him multiple times. Defendant POs then knowingly provided false information to the criminal court, causing plaintiff to be charged with crimes he did not commit. All charges were later dismissed upon application by the District Attorney.
