Description: On or about June 13, 2011, at approximately 11:30 a.m., CREVELLE was standing in the stairway of 477 Gates Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, the building in which he was living at the time. He was approached by several police officers who stopped him and searched him. The police officers then maced and arrested CREVELLE with excessive force.
