Complaint
Description: On September 24, 2023 at Brewer Blvd and 119 Dr, Queens, NY, Plaintiff was inside of a car that was stopped by defendants. Defendants ordered Plaintiff to exit the car, and he was handcuffed and arrested. Plaintiff was transported to the 113th precinct and strip-searched. After several hours, Plaintiff was removed to Queens Central Booking and held in a cell with other males for several hours. On September 25, 2023 Plaintiff was arraigned and charged. Plaintiff was released on his own recognizance. Between September 25, 2023 and November 27, 2023, Plaintiff made numerous court appearances. On May 26, 2024, the case was dismissed.
