Description: On August 27, 2021, the Plaintiff, Jaquan Keith, was unlawfully searched, falsely arrested, and subjected to excessive force by Defendants NYPD Officer Antonio Dinuzzo, Christopher Rodrigues, Lieutenant Juan Lopez, while questioning him about a traffic ticket he received earlier for driving through a red light when he did not drive through a red light. The Defendant officers, angered by his questioning, Tasered him twice and continued to use excessive force, including punching him while he was handcuffed.
