Complaint
Description: On November 3, 2021 Plaintiff TYRON MARBLE, a black male, was lawfully present inside his friend's vehicle, seated in the backseat of the passenger side, sleeping, in the vicinity of the intersection of 148th Street and 12th Avenue, County of Queens, City State of New York. Defendants NYPD officers GARY FARLEY and JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10, acting under color of state law, unlawfully stopped, searched and seized, battered and assaulted, detained, arrested and prosecuted Plaintiff without probable cause or any other legal justification to do so. Defendants illegally seized Plaintiff's person and grabbed him in an aggressive and violent manner, falsely accused him of a criminal offense, and restrained him. Plainti...
