Description: At approximately 5:30am on August 1, 2012, defendants used a battering ram to bash in the door of Plaintiff's Apt without knocking or identifying themselves. Deborah Graham was sleeping in her bedroom with her two grandchildren. Defendant Rodrigues entered with his gun drawn and yelled to plaintiffs to get on the floor. Defendant Servello brought the infants into the living room. Defendant Pinder entered their bedroom and handcuffed plaintiff Ruby Johnson.
