Description: On January 27, 2016, plaintiff was lawfully inside of his apartment when defendant officers unlawfully entered his apartment and forcibly threw him on the ground and handcuffed him. Despite the fact that the defendant officers did not believe the plaintiff to pose a threat or danger to the officers, the plaintiff never verbally or physically threatened the officers, and the plaintiff did not resist arrest, he was subject to excessive force without justification during the arrest.
