Description: On June, 1 2019, in the vicinity of 119 5th Ave New York, New York, the plaintiff was walking down the street of 5th Avenue when multiple unidentified individuals of a large protesting crowd began to smash the windows of buildings. Plaintiff was simply an observer of the crimes being committed. Nonetheless, the defendants approached plaintiff, aimed their guns at her, and assaulted her. She was held face down on the ground in front of the store being burglarized with broken glass in her face.
