Complaint
Description: On November 19, 2019, Defendant Detective Jimenez and other defendants entered the home of the Plaintiff, Gray Disla. The defendants awoke the Plaintiff early that morning and ordered him to sit and then searched the entire premises for five hours. Only after completing the search and as the defendants were leaving did the Plaintiff receive a copy of the search warrant. The defendants also took $8,700 in US currency from the Plaintiff. The currency was not the subject of the search warrant and was found in a location outside the designated scope of the search warrant. The Plaintiff was never given a receipt and the money has yet to be returned.
