Description: In a trial commenced on March 11, 2010, Plaintiff was eventually convicted for murder entirely on the testimony of two witnesses, Turner and Hilton. The murder itself occurred on August 10, 2007 outside of 221st Street and 133rd Avenue in Laurelton, Queens. Plaintiff emerged as a suspect under the detective work of NYPD detective Joseph Bey.
