Description: In a trial commenced on March 11, 2010, Plaintiff was eventually convicted for murder entirely on the testimony of two witnesses, Turner and Hilton. The murder itself occurred on August 10, 2007 outside of 221st Street and 133rd Avenue in Laurelton, Queens. Plaintiff emerged as a suspect under the detective work of NYPD detective Joseph Bey. At trial, ADA Ross brought forth two witnesses who testified that they had seen Plaintiff kill the victim. Both witnesses were under criminal proceedings for other crimes they had been accused of and potentially had motives to lie in their testimony.
