DANILO MALDONADO (#03237), SGT LUTFI DALIPI, and five unidentified NYPD officers forced entry into the apartment without a warrant looking for an individual other than the Plaintiff. The officers pointed firearms at the Plaintiff and took him into the hallway along with other individuals where the officers searched them. No contraband was found.
