Complaint
Description: Plaintiff went to the 69th Precinct to report that he was the victim of identity theft. Defendant Officer Pierre was very discourteous and Plaintiff called the CCRB to report him at which point Officer Pierre escorted him out of the precinct. Plaintiff was complying with officers orders to leave when Officer Sica arrested him and gave him a summons for disorderly conduct which was later dismissed.
