Description: On April 29, 2013 Plaintiff was a lawful pedestrian at a train station when POs Shorte and John Doe collided into Plaintiff during their pursuit of a separate suspect, sending Plaintiff into a metal pole and causing injuries that required hospital treatment and other medical intervention.
